It's to teach and to learn inside the immigration context happening in Brazil. It envolves actions that recognize rejection feelings from the student, since he/she never chose this new language. Because of that, it's necessary to constantly review the teachers job and preparation on this field. To ease the initial conflict between student and language, and to promote actions to make learning something understood as a mediator element between arrivers and hosters are the main goals. To welcome is not just a transitive verb, but a multidirectional action, with effects on both learner and teacher.
